The excitement continued with a visit to our local heroes at the fire station! The firefighters welcomed our eager learners with a tour of their impressive fire trucks, revealing the many tools and equipment they use to keep us safe.

The children’s eyes lit up as they tried on real firefighter helmets and climbed aboard the fire engine. It was a dream come true for many! But the learning didn’t stop there. Our young adventurers discovered important fire safety tips, like the “stop, drop, and roll” technique and why it’s crucial for every family to have a fire escape plan.

One of the most thrilling moments was witnessing the firefighters demonstrate their lightning-fast response. They showed us how quickly they can slide down the pole and gear up in a matter of seconds – it was like something out of a movie!
